Karu Annunaki
"The keys of the past unlock the doors of the future."
1. Long ago it was, yet not so long ago that I can not remember…
2. In the beginning, the Gra provided Unison, without form or order. And the spirit of the Gra was in the falling stars, made manifest that we might hear with mortal ears. The Astir Mari passed over the waters and under the sea.
3. And so Orion went out to hunt, for good fishing was found there then in the waters of Anwnn. And diving deep, deeper than all before him, did he lay hands upon the Star of the Sea, that had fallen from the sky above. And bringing the Stone back to his people, he said "here is a thing of beauty and light that shall surpass all glory, save that of the Gra herself and strong-limbed Danu."
4. And giving the Stone to his love, Orion and Danu did join in union, and the spirit of the Gra sang in the Stone and in Orion and Danu. Mate they did, and so created kittens in their own image. And the Gra blessed them with a cacophony of sound such had never been heard on the black beaches of Anwnn and forever after have the Children of Danu sung in harmony, seeking always a return to Unison.
5. And so it was that the Children of Danu went out from Anwnn to seek more understanding. Came they to the shores of Africa and did thrive.
6. These the generations of the earth and the sky and the sea did pass the Second Age. And the Daughters of Danu did rule in Africa. So came the line to Anu, a Sidhe of some great strength and wisdom.
7. And the Gra did plant a garden in the East, and drew Anu and her children hence. For Anu learned to read the notes of the Gra and in them to divine events yet to come. In her understanding, she came to see the flood.
8. It came to pass that the islands to the West were destroyed and the water prevailed upon them for one hundred and fifty years. But the Wandering Children of Anu were spared for they retreated to the East.
9. The Gardens of Edin'Su were lush and without form. And the generations of Anu's kin did rule in the Summer Lands, where all was peaceful and fruitful. They did give form to the land and make their home there. And the generations of Anu's children were Ashukil and Akkadian; and unto them Bau and Dagdan; and then in later years came the Eastern Kingdom ruled by Enlil and Enki and Ereshkigal; and Innana who was Nin of the Annunaki and did treat with the People of the Hold Tree in the West and make union with them. And so did Nin Innana become subject queen to the Rhiannon of the Sidhe and in her own right the Ruler of the Annunaki.
